Our services are intended for physical therapy practice owners, operators, and licensed PT professionals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.
All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD). By enrolling in a subscription service, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for:
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure on our part that prevented you from accessing services. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question to brian@drbrianwolfe.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at brian@drbrianwolfe.com or through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access through the date already paid for.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
All content provided through our services — including but not limited to training materials, templates, frameworks, automations, video recordings, written guides, and community content created by Dr. Brian Wolfe Consulting — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Brian Wolfe Consulting.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content solely for your own practice. You may not:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Brian Wolfe Consulting, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the community and/or termination of your subscription without refund.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel as described in Section 6. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine your continued participation is harmful to our community or business.
Upon termination, your right to access our services, materials, and community will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Connecticut.
Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication for a period of at least 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
